Rising Damp

Groundwater migrating up through masonry where the original damp-proof course has failed or was never installed. Treated with modern DPC cream injection and salt-retardant re-plastering.

Penetrating Damp

Water ingress through walls, roofs or below-ground structures. Resolved with targeted repairs, external protection, or Type A / Type C waterproofing systems to BS 8102.

Condensation & Mould

Moisture generated inside the home settling on cold surfaces. Fixed by re-balancing ventilation with PIV units, extract fans and humidity mapping.
